Subtle noise reduction
I think I have oddly shaped ear canals, so these ear plugs don’t always stay in my ears as well as I’d like. I need a large plug for one ear and a small one for the other, which makes finding the right fit a bit tricky. That said, they do make a subtle difference in reducing noise, and I appreciate the comfort and quality overall

Ultimate Sleeping Ear Plugs
Took a little time to pick the right size of ear plug, but overall they are excellent. Not quite noise cancelling level but good. Was using standard plugs before and they would often fall out and good wandering at night but these stay in and are very comfortable. Very pleased

They're a win for me
Short review: The're a win for me! More detailed version... I purchased the "Ultimate Sleeping Ear Plugs" because our 14 year old insisted on setting off an initial alarm at 4:45am then sleeping thru it until a second one at 5:30am to begin her 'routine'. Unwanted noise at late night can and does randomly occur too and be similarly sleep disruptive. I have been using these ear plugs nightly for around 6 months now. The packet comes with 3 sizes of buds but from the packet the Ultimate Sleeping Ear Plugs come fitted with the Mediums. The Mediums pre-fitted, seemed so fine for me that I have never tried either of the other 2 sizes, with 3 possible size fittings most people would hopefully obtain a fit. As far as comfort goes, with all things considered, to me they seem about as good as one could hope for. Very soft in texture and surprisingly comfortable. These buds being soft are comfortable enough for me to sleep on my side and change positions during the night, as long as I don't drag my ear roughly against the pillow. Secure fit. At first I couldn't work out how to get them to stay in my ear. They would become dislodged and then be found later or next morning somewhere on the bed underneath. But when they were in, I could feel the reduction in noise that my sleeping appreciated, of course as earplugs they gave a 'weird' aural feeling in the ears but you kind of get used to it. Eventually for me at least, for a secure fit, I realised that I needed to fit them while holding the flat pliable silicon part from 'above' and placing/inserting the bud into the ear canal 'below', and also trying to 'feel' the bud 'entering' the canal, then I found that the ear plugs are often/mostly still in my ears the next morning, even when I have swapped around my sleeping positions overnight. They are soft and pliable which allows them to be sleepable/comfortable. But because of this if you happen to drag your ear across the pillow you can dislodge the earbuds, which seems to me quite understandable and acceptable. Sound reduction? It isn't an absolute sound block by any means. But it does take the 'edge' off noise that previously was disruptive to sleep and now is less so. I have been using them nightly, and yes if I drag my ears over the pillows then the plug's softness can cause them to catch and dislodge. I have learnt that if I 'thrash' around changing positions then I will most likely dislodge an earplug, but that is understandable and acceptable. While unwanted disruptive noise is occurring, for me these earplugs help take the 'edge' off and reduce sleep disruption. The set of 2 Ear Plugs each with 3 sizes of ear buds come with a little sleek flat round case, nice, very neat. I just wish it was somehow easier for my short nailed fingers to wedge open required, but that is a relatively small thing. Of course, future versions should be even better in many ways but for now, I use these nightly. So all up, still a win and a thumbs up from me!
