I mean, words can’t even describe how happy I am about every single aspect of this purchase. The material and quality of the hats is unmatched. I’ve got a giant noggin and it fits me without issue. Heather is a fount of kindness and joy. The “Pay What You Can” system is so very helpful in today’s economy. I don’t know that in my 42 years on this earth I have ever felt valued as a customer, but I believe this company does value me. They celebrated with my wife and I over our daughter, they were gentle with our hope and fear, and they followed through with continuing to show that same level of care after I made this purchase. As a hat guy, raising a daughter to be whoever she feels she is and live as an expression of love of all, it brings me joy to champion this specific business that seems to make hats just for my massive dome and actively seems to embody the kind of future we want our daughter to experience.
