Poor

Arrived 3 weeks later than expected, which was fine, however emailed to ask when it was arriving, and received a response after item had arrived. Instruction link on website doesn't work, it links directly to the Lego website, and item arrived cracked. Emailed about this, and yet to receive a response. Pretty poor all round, when I've been using a rival company prior to this, who have never missed a beat, and their waiting times are around half of Wicked Bricks.
