Hi, I received the dress, but unfortunately, it is quite different from the pictures shown on the app. I had also contacted you via WhatsApp, and you sent me a video showing the same dress as the one advertised in the app. However, the dress I received has different embroidery, a different design, and the quality is not good. It does not match the dress shown in the pictures or the video you sent me. Unfortunately, it is now too late to make any alterations or corrections, as my event is in just two days. I am very disappointed with the item I received and would like to know how we can resolve this issue.
