Great handle

Love this entry handle, very stylish and functional. Easy enough to install if you know what you’re doing. Great options for lots of different ways to enter. Only issue is that there’s no function to leave it ‘unlocked’ if you just duck out quickly, and access to the manual Key is tricky. But overall, love it

Great product

End result good but a rocky start with the process because i went all the way to the retail shop to find it closed because all their staff were overseas. I called the phone number and eventually got into someone by selecting the option for service assistance and someone came to the shop for me which was great. I bought the product then and there. My installer said the instructions to install it were average but he figured it out in the end. The lock and the app are very easy to use. It’s a great product and I’m very happy with it.
