Don't love it Ben's around your wrist and doesn't slide very much and can really dig into your wrist bone so I feel that the bracelet one would be better because it's flexible this one is solid and doesn't always bend appropriately when you try to wrap it around your wrist do I think it works slightly but not 100% sold on it but it is a good price to try it out.

I love it. It reminds me of when I lived in Wyoming, love the Mtns. And it reminds me of the places I love. My Dad had a copper bracelet, not sure of the design, but he said it helped keeping him healthy, and this one reminded me of his, plus reflect me feelings.

I’m wearing it and feel different but I can’t quite put my finger on it.
