OMG! Is all I can say to sum up the customer service and quality of the products. My first order wax so impressive that I placed another order the same day I received my first order! I had questions about the time it took for my first order to arrive, however the owner was very pleasant with her response. She explained it was USPS which she had just started using and vowed to go back to UPS. She also looked up my order and noted it was due for delivery the next day but if I didn’t get it, she asked that I call her back. That is customer service! The products are definitely on point! High quality and just as pictured! I will definitely be placing more orders in the future!

I absolutely love it! I brought two, one for me and one for my sister. She loves hers too!! Im thinking of ordering another one!!

Overall, it looks nice. But for thirty dollars, I found a MAJOR defect, flaw in this product. FYI eye catching. Now to give as a gift I am on the fence.
