Arrived quickly

The replacement valve arrived quickly and works great. The only negative thing I have to say is I received a plastic water bottle that I did not want. Now I have to dispose of it or give it away to someone who does. I would have liked to have been given the option to get the free water bottle or not.

It’s very easy to drink water from this new design! I needed a replacement and they responded right away and helped me get a new one! Will recommend!
