I love this oil. I spray it on my knees before zi go to bed. It helps me sleep better without so much pain.

Extracts are a wonder!

I’ve been using many of the extracts for neuropathy a d knee pain… they are wonderful! I message ( for at least 15 minutes ) into damp skin in the evening and they help with sleeping- not totally , but enough to matter
