UP Phone

Came from Apple because after refusing to download the constant OIS updates, features on iPhone either stopped working all together or not all functions worked properly. A bit of an adjustment switching to the Android platform but the initial set up addresses this effectively. Since the main feature is being disconnected from Apple and Google be patient, it takes work to learn and understand how this phone works and app functionality on this platform. The more than 300 apps I use are all available, big plus. Easy to request an app you want as well. All carriers are available. One IMPORTANT note is if you have to make WiFi calls TMobile is the only carrier you can use on Up phone. Customer support is phenominal! From the Teams video call to set up, answer questions, and problem solve to the email follow up the support has been fast and efficient. There's also a very comprehensive online help center. Unplugged has really presented robust support for users!

I love this phone! It was an easy transition for this IPhone user. I also love that this phone doesnt allow your apps to track you. It was creepy how I would get ads for things that i had searched on my IPhone. None of that with the UP Phone!
