Customer service was outstanding! I was able to upgrade my order to a larger size just before it shipped— few businesses offer that kind of response. The plant took 8 days to arrive and I was worried it might be in poor shape, but the soil held the water well and the plant was fine. I was a little disappointed that one of the three stems in the order is only 3 inches high (compared to nearly 3 feet for the other 2 stems) and had clearly been cut off or broken off. It has leaves sprouting, so I am hopeful it will grow and fill in that side of the pot. Thank you again for your timely help with my order. I highly recommend your team!
