This was my first time ordering from PREScience and I was super excited. I have seen many of the fitness influencers I follow on social media use it and I decided to give it a try. After receiving the product I tried it and the taste was terrible and it gave me a terrible stomach ache. I reached out to their customer service and they were not able to refund me my money and only offered in-store credit, which was pointless since I do not want to try other products. It was definitely not a good experience for a first time purchase as far as customer service goes. The representative did not follow up with me afterwards to acknowledge my dissatisfaction and that was all. I was very disappointed.
