Love the bow now that it is set up and I have had a couple of shooting sessions. Delivery was quick and you do a great job about informing customers of the status of their order. Every purchase and interaction with your company has been tops. Once, 2 tightening screws in another Gillo bow came out and were lost (my fault for not checking them). You do not sell them but I talked to one of your people who offered to send me 2 screws, which he did for free. Ever grateful for that. Rob
