I am very pleased by the quality of the egg I received. There are no blemishes on the surface so it will be excellent for using in my Ukrainian egg designing. I was disappointed in the size of the ostrich egg stand but blame myself for not looking at the given measurements when I ordered it.

Love it!

We had one when I was growing up in Ireland. Brought there by my Grandfather, a Merchant Marine, who got it from a foreign country - not sure where exactly. Brings back happy childhood memories. In perfect condition and about the same size (if not a bit larger) as the one I remember. Very cool.
