Battery for 2023 Wired Freedom/Cruiser

Bought a 2nd battery for our Wired Cruiser. Works Great!

My wired e-bike recently malfunctioned and a new battery was required. The process of acquiring the new battery took longer than desired because the old battery had to be tested, to identify if the battery was actually the problem. In order to get this testing performed a shop had to be located near me that could perform the test. All this took time and patience, which, when you are not able to ride your e-bike, feels like an eternity. I am so glad to be able to write this positive review identifying that Dan with Wired e-bikes was not only front and center in locating a bicycle shop near me to perform the battery test, but he also covered the cost of the test. When the battery was found to be defective, a new battery was immediately sent to replace the malfunctioning battery. Wired e-bikes honored their products warranty, and handled this issue appropriately. I am happy to report, I am, "On The Road Again"! Thanks Dan!

Great battery, legitimate Samsung battery, I'm a firm believer in buying oem. Batteries are not something tou want to go cheap on...and wired ebikes customer service is second to none...fast helpful responses. Great bike, great company to do business with.
