really disappointed with both my firm and medium pillow purchases. I have found both completely soft and after using for one week, these pillows are not even usable. Of course they are not returnable. I believe I was not sold what I wanted which was medium and firm. The service from your store was excellent via email so it is very unfortunate the product does not deliver.

Excellent quality of pillows. Ever since I got them I’ve been sleeping much better! Definitely recommend!
