Neguess Creole Haitian Seafood Epis

Arrived quickly. Company took a lot of care to ensure the product arrived without damage. (Unfortunately, it did still spill in transit.) But it smelled delicious. I can’t wait to try it.

I love the flavor that the epis brings to my dishes, my only grievance is there was a ton of oil towards the top. I had to dump the epis in a strainer before using.
