The shoulder straps are spaced exactly 2 inches apart so it is a very narrow profile that hugs your back tightly. I would say that this is the ultimate every day carry pack, especially if paired with the London Bridge Trading LBT-2876B Medium Pack Insert Panel to organize gear. Also, the Blue Force Gear Boo Boo Pouch fits nicely on the sides of the pack. If you want small, sturdy, light and like to operate with minimal gear, this bag can see you through a lot of situations.
