Wrong color

The picture on the website makes these shoes look like they are light to medium blue color. The shoes I got are really a dark teal, closer to green. I was really disappointed because a huge part of the reason I bought them was because they were light blue. I have two other pairs of bangs that I really love and I did decide to keep these because the design is cute. . Sally, though they don’t go with the outfit I intended them to go with. I just wish that they were the color I originally thought they were.

Super cute! The actual color is kind of teal, not purely blue like I thought, but I like them a lot.

I wanted to love them

Truly, I wanted to love them! They are absolutely the cutest, the material is sturdy, the embroidery is perfection! But the fit. That’s where it’s troublesome. I put them on with the intention of wearing them out for a few hours. The footbed felt good, the shoelaces were quality, tied well and I had no issues at first. I made sure to wear thick socks because they are new shoes. But that didn’t help. The trouble began on my heel, where the top of the back of the shoe rubbed my heel raw, even through thick socks. After about an hour and a half, I was hobbling and regretting my shoe choice. The moral of my experience is that there are just some shoes that do not work with some feet types. Unfortunately, mine do not work well with Bangs shoes. My biggest recommendation is to try them on and carefully wear them around your house to see if they rub. You cannot return them if they have been worn anywhere. It’s a pretty expensive lesson for me, but I still think they are beautiful shoes. I just won’t be able to wear them.
