Catanzaro Hybrid Instant Fountain

love the appearance and the hybrid technology. I just hope it lasts. I have many Bernini fountains. Love the product, but there have been several occasions where the fountains would malfunction. Bernini's customer service is great. It is just frustrating that a newer product malfunctions so often. Overall I am still very pleased with the product.

For the cost, I was expecting something less plastic feeling and looking, and have asked twice now, without response, how to get the bowl shown in pictures

I love the fountain. This is my fourth. They seem to only last two to three years but I still keep buying them
