There was an issue with the strap I received and the customer service response to address it was excellent. The bag itself is made well and seems to be of great quality. Highly recommend.

Amazing Bag!
This bag is fabulous and deserves 10 stars!! It’s great for both travel and every day use. I love that I can store my cards and my phone in the same bag. Great quality and colors! I typically only buy luxury bags and White Elm belongs in the same class!
