Espresso Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee

Starting from the smell of the beans and the taste of the coffee, you are going to be blown away. These beans are that good. Here is why I removed 1 star - 1. Based on the expiration date, I calculated that the beans were roasted 4 months ago (there is a possibility that I’m wrong). Since I’m ordering directly from the roaster, I expected freshly roasted beans. Freshly roasted is critical for a good espresso. 2. These are expensive. I would like an option to buy larger quantity without the fancy packaging. The packaging is very nice but doesn’t really serve me any purpose. I’m going to run through the 10oz of beans within few days and the the packaging goes into the bin. Packaging makes sense only I was gifting the beans to someone.
