Did I NEED these? No, not really. However, I'm sewing a duster for pole class and these shoes matched the fabric I bought and I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to coordinate. (The universe often doesn't allow me to coordinate the way I'd like to.) I do agree with the others - they are a tad small, but just like by a hair. Not a great fit but not miserable either - I'll just need to find thinner socks. Sizing up more would have made them way too big. They should have been like 1/4 in larger and they would have been perfect. The body of the shoe is softer, so they are more flexible than my other pair of Pleasers. Wouldn't be realistic to wear them for hours but for a class here or there, I think they'll be fine.
