Would have 5 stars but...

So this is my second pair of the shoes and I Do love them. Therefore they have 4 stars and the would have 5 but one of the shoes' charging port is messed up and the charger won't fit into it to charge the shoe. This is a sad situation. My first pair didn't have this issue so I hope most other pairs don't. (I am currently in communications with Pleaser's customer service [which is great customer service by the way], so I will hopefully find a solution that helps solve this issue.)
