True to size, tight around the toe until they stretch out
I’m a US 9 but EU 40. The size 9 of this shoe is an EU 39 but I still wouldn’t size up because then my toes are sliding forward in the next size up. Trust the toe will stretch after a few wears. And there’s almost always going to be a little buckling when you stand straight.
