Decent boots

First impressions, the box they came in was very pretty. Taking them out they were wrapped well and there was no unusual odors I'd associate with faux leather unless I stuck my nose close. Once I got the laces sorted they fit well and were very comfy excluding the big toe. Some thick wool socks and a blower dryer then keeping them on for a few hours after to obtain a better shape fixed majority of my toe problems, which I'm sure more proper breaking in will fix further. They have a very nice almost ashen black, which I turned to deep black with faux leather and vinyl protectant, which also seems to have helped the arch area on the zipper side of each boot. Overall, very comfortable and great to wear, would recommend some anti slip sole grips as they are extremely slippery on linoleum and similar "slippery" floors. Would buy again or a different style from here in the future. If you're a half size, I went the lower size but the toe box may be better on the larger size.
