J'avais commandé un store sur mesure mais j'ai reçu 2 fois un store standard. Après avoir communiqué avec le service à la clientèle, j'ai reçu rapidement mon store sur mesure. J'avais besoin de 70 3/8 mais on m'a expliqué que je ne pouvais commander de décimal. J'ai donc commandé 70 pouces mais j'ai reçu 69 3/4. Au final, ce n'est pas nécessairement du sur mesure Le store fonctionne bien et le prix est abordable.

This part of order #H47516, i. e. the White Day & Night, is excellent. However, there is a problem with the other part of this order, the Grey 28" wide. I was sent the wrong colour grey - a light grey instead of the darker one which was to match two previously ordered. Unfortunately this was unpacked and installed when I was out, and I didn't notice the mistake until the next day. What can be done to correct this?
