PRE and their customer service has been a dream to work with, as I have called with many questions and they walked me through all steps as if they were there and a part of the project personally. As for the catback from ETS, the product itself is put together fantastically, of great quality and everything they describe. Although it took me a bit longer to install and getting everything in place with fitment right where I wanted it, in reality it was quite a breeze and straight forward.
