Love the shirt but shipping and customer service needs improvement

The shirt is great and my nephew loved it! I can’t give it 5 stars though because of shipping and customer service. I ordered Dec 10 and was told it was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. When it hadn’t shipped by 12/20, I reached out to ask if it would still arrive before Christmas. I was told not to worry, it be be there. I reach out again on the 22nd because it still hadn’t shipped and wanted to make sure I had a gift for my nephew on Christmas. Again, I was told it would be delivered. Their store is only an hour away from where it was being delivered so I didn’t think anything of it. Needless to say, it didn’t ship until the 27th and arrived the 29th. I feel like customer service lied to me so that I wouldn’t cancel my order. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them again unless I have at least a month before I need the item.
