I was unsure on the size of the cooling vest, so I sent an email and got a prompt response from Lindsey.

I'm very unhappy that I never got a response about the purchase of two cooling jackets for my bulldogs that were ordered to large. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size but I never got a response. Just for the record I purchased two of the k9 beds.
