When the item was ordered it was out of stock (Black Pearl were really quick in informing me and offering an alternative). When I told them it was an Xmas present for my wife and that she had the alternate colour already, I told them not to worry as she would be back later as she loves their stuff. Next thing I get an email saying they're going to go through their stores to make sure they don't have a pair somewhere, which it turns out they did. Wonderful customer service, really friendly people, and the product is great. Highly recommend.
