Extremely disappointed. My tracking status shows the package was delivered, yet I have nothing in hand. I’ve reached out to support but haven't received a clear resolution. It’s a major inconvenience to pay for an item and then have to hunt it down yourself. I hope the company takes responsibility for this delivery error."
