Way way way way way overpriced! You can get the SAME exact thing from Ali Express without the HV logo on it! Wish i would have known about this before hand because I could have saved 75% off what HC ripped me off for! Live and Learn I guess

Never received the oils I purchased with this diffuser. After contacting the company repeatedly, I was told the oils were being shipped. The oil never arrived after weeks of waiting. The diffuser is useless. I have a very expensive paper weight. Also, emails to customer support just bounce back. You have to use their website to submit your problems. Something is shady.
