Ceramic Nonstick Perfect Pot 2.5 L

A great addition to saucepans, and reassuringly healthier!

Lovely to look at, and handle, washes so easily. It is a bit big for porridge for one, which was its original purpose, but great otherwise. I notice I need a higher heat to keep things simmering on my induction hob, but it feels much cleaner and healthier to use, and do not regret buying.

Poor customer service

I tried to return this pan along with the mini frying pan. I was told to return them separately, which I did. Consequently, one of them went missing. I was never received by the company allegedly so I never received my refund. . I was asked to provide written confirmation that it was sent as a return but it took so long that the whole thing had faded on the receipt and was illegible. So I’ve paid for a pound, but I do not have and the company say they do not have because they’re unable to locate it in their warehouse without my return receipt which is of course faded into oblivion is a big stick there who’s put that on it I’m not happy with that

Disappointed

Looks just like all my other pans but alas it isn’t. Not suitable for a ceramic hob and there doesn’t seem to be a Tiny alternative that is. It had to go back.
