No communication. No refund.
I placed this order received no confirmation of the order beyond that it was received. I had to dig to find a way to reach out to the company to ask them where my package was a week later Noah communication had been made. I finally got an email with a return label. But have not yet received communication that the item was received back nor have I seen a refund posted to my account yet.
