Initially the product did not install well, after some discussion with the Team at IPPS it is likely that it was user error. Albeit this product is not inexpensive they worked with me to make sure i was taken care of and i really appreciate that. To me, relationships matter more than the product and that alone is what impacted my edited review. Appreciate the assistance and the willingness to support even though it likely wasnt a failure of the product, thank you.
