Garden Party 8" Run Short With Pockets

I’ve ordered three items. Returned one already and will be returning these shorts as well. I normally wear small, I ordered medium, but still too small. I would keep if they didn’t give me a CT. I’d exchange but I think they’ll be too long if I size up. I love the fabric and the pattern is really cute. I can’t figure out why everything is so expensive.
