Bespoke Book Subscription

A great service

I got myself the bespoke subscription and filled out all the questions about what I like to read in detail. I was a bit dismayed when the first book I received was one I'd already read and not particularly enjoyed. However, I got in touch with the customer service team and they were excellent. They responded really quickly, offering to send a replacement book. The one they sent was brilliant, and the second book I've had a month later was also perfect for me. I feel really confident in the service and think this is a great way to find new books.

Cornish Clouds and Silver Lining Skies

Not for me I’m afraid. This is at the flimsiest end of this genre and unfortunately I don’t enjoy that type of writing. Ali McNamara is quite a long way from Karen Swan to my mind. Sorry.

Great birthday gift

A gift for very hard to buy for people. Brilliant customer service, eager to get things right. 2 books into a 6 month subscription, one a hit, the second had already been read by one member of the couple and was deemed to be too bloodthirsty for the other. After a conversation it was replaced by another successful choice. Neither selection was something that either would have chosen for themselves.
