Red Lake Currant

Plant arrived in ok condition. Will probably 2 or 3 years before an evaluation is possible.

Small, but healthy!

I was a bit surprised at how small these were when they arrived, and there's a bit of browning on the edges of the leaves, but they appear to be healthy despite that. They have settled in happily and perked up in their new homes. No idea how well they will grow or produce yet, ofc, but I have high hopes!

As with the gooseberry and figs… real ‘judgement’ will come next year when I am hoping to pick some currants! ahead 2 of these many years ago and made jams, pies, jellies chutneys… so I have high expectations Thank you
