Eco Organic Mattress

Unfortunately, my Avocado mattress has developed severe edge sagging. The edge support has decompressed to the point that the top edge is collapsing over the bottom, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe sleeping surface where my child and I can roll off. Despite going through the warranty process, Avocado denied a replacement. I’m deeply disappointed that a premium mattress has deteriorated so significantly after only five years, with no offered solution from Avocado. When you pay extra for quality and it does not withstand expextations and the company wont back their product, its extremely frustrating and a warning to other buyers. I write this review because i would hate for others to experience similar.

We were very satisfied with the mattress, very comfortable, keeps cool, organic materials, and I looked for durable and sustainable materials. We definitely will continue to purchase your merchandise!

Very happy with the mattress and bed frame. However, the mattress shipping box was destroyed in shipment, but there was no damage to the mattress.
