This was the third balanced cable I ordered. Like the other two cables I ordered, the sound quality is superb. There was a problem with this cable where the right side of the cable frequently became loose from the right side of the headphones. I reached out to customer service and they made things seamless for me. I received my replacement cable without having to pay for shipping and it works perfectly. This headphones are now my favorite headphones by far, which was unexpected. The reason being is because prior to receiving the balanced cable for them, I didn’t use them for around 2 months. Love it and it sounds good like it supposed to Added on 3/13/25 still looks brand-new, and I still love it, and I have already accidentally twice now. Actually, the cable out of the headset, but still working just fine and headset works fine, so very good, high-quality cable.
