Flavor Royalty
I have always been a fan and user of the [un-named] low calorie powder, but as has been mentioned in ads here before, was often over-filling just to get a decent flavor profile, so I would keep on top of the fluid intake.

Great Hydration
The taste was good. The hydration was just enough for me an “every day” electrolyte. It would not be enough for a hard workout.
