Beautiful ring, but color has changed

This ring is stunning and fit me perfectly. Unfortunately, after only a couple weeks of wearing it, the black color of the band has completely worn off and the band is now silver. It doesn't look nearly as striking with a plain silver band. I have written to customer service asking for a replacement, but have not received an answer yet.

I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure if this was a legit company due to the inexpensive prices. But my ring arrived within 3 days and it’s lovely! I will definitely order from here again.
