Display Case for 10 foot Display

The display case we got though your company for the 10 foot display was very poor quality. The client was just in our office and was very unhappy with the quality of it. The latching mechanisms seemed to be improperly aligned. I need someone to get back with me. I have an upset customer. That needs a quality case that will stay secure. I paid a lot of money for this case. He doesn't even want another case from your company. What are you going to do about it. The Graphics were perfect but the case soured the whole deal.
