Multiple bad panels

I received 2 unusable panels. The third panel had damage but was usable. They need to figure out a better way to ship these.

Products have been spot on with great packaging and timely shipping. My buisness runs on timely orders and so far they have done a great job. My only complaint would be getting ahold to speak to someone there is not so easy.
