More cosmetic then actually helpful... It's a lovely bag! Don't get me wrong, and I think returning it would be more hassle then it's worth... Plus I really like it, but there's no adjustments. So if you have a taller torso like I do-- its gonna sit higher, and there's nothing you can do about it (about elbow length for me thank God, 5'6) and if you have a thicker shoulder... Thing? The bookbag ties are gonna dig into your armpits, which sucks. But I really love its design, so!😅 and careful for the zippers they ripped my finger skin open so :/
