Petite Hamsa Necklace

Two broken chains and currently up to a spend of $665 for repairs and postage. Two weeks the second chain lasted. Customer service was absolutely appalling, blaming me for the breakage. Website says forever pieces, solid gold, never need to take off. I didn't even sleep nor exercise with it on. I was told by Astrid that I should take it up with ACCC and she won’t be responding to me after I declined to pay once again for postage back to her repairs. Heartbroken and seriously out of pocket.
