We had an amazing experience with Christina at Creed Boutique in Las Vegas! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and took her time getting to know exactly what I was looking for. She was incredibly patient with both my wife and me, walking us through several different fragrances and really helping me narrow it down without ever feeling rushed. What truly set her apart was how far she went above and beyond. Even after our trip, a few days later, she sent us samples in the mail so I could continue enjoying and exploring the scents. That level of care and attention is rare and so appreciated. I’m going to be purchasing more from her. This is a perfect example of top tier customer service. I am in LOVE with the fragrance itself and I enjoy the convenience as well as the aesthetics of the refillable atomizer. In general I prefer luxury products and this fits beautifully in my bags as it’s gold toned matches so well with the other items I carry around daily. I would also like to add that the art of stellar customer service is so hard to come by but D at Phipps really brightened my day with his knowledge, care and patience. I watch him help other guests and his service capabilities are streamlined yet uniquely customized and I felt like I could have spent the Rea of my afternoon shopping with him if I didn’t have an appointment upstairs at the nail salon. I am so grateful to him for providing me with such a memorable experience!
