I love the features of unit - it’s worth the extra $$ over the one distributed by XinBaoLong. The unit arrived missing the small plastic cover for the cord cavity. Rather than just sending me the part, they required that I video the unit, pack it up and send it back which a real hassle for such a minor thing. Supply chain issues I guess. Anyway, I like the unit and will live without the cover.
