I bought a pearly purple oversized hoodie after much research. I actually thought it would look as advertised but it arrived a few shades lighter and duller, but also cooler in colour. I thought I had been sent a different purple by mistake but the label says pearly purple. This resulted in it not suiting the person I'd bought it for. After emailing with pics showing the clear difference they said that the dyes they use are cooler than the advertised item (??) Whatever that means. They eventually offered a free return but I intentionally avoid the hassle of returning stuff by spending time researching companies beforehand, and would also expect a clothing company to automatically offer free returns so that the people who enjoy ordering various sizes to try on can send the misfits back. This review would have helped me avoid losing £77 and I hope it helps someone else avoid the unnecessary expense due to an inaccurate listing picture.
